Ordered furniture and this was being delivered by Frenni in Neath part of Palletways. Really impressed by the service… they called me a couple of days before the delivery to let me know they were expecting it and what day would be best to deliver the furniture. They then sent an email on the day to inform me of time they would be calling…. As promised they turned up on time. Luke was the name of the guy who was friendly, helpful and efficient and helped us move the furniture to a safe place. I was so impressed with the service I called up Palletways in Neath also known as Frenni to provide feedback to them. They were delighted with the feedback and confirmed they would pass it on to Luke. Thank you Palletways in Neath, South Wales.
